How do I make a claim?

When can I claim my money back?

The Marigold Try Me Free offer opens 01/03/2018 and all claims must be received by the closing date of 31/08/2018. Please allow sufficient time for your claim to be posted.

When will I receive my money back?

You will receive a cheque within 28 days from receipt of a valid claim.

To claim my money back, will I need to enter my card details?

No, you will not be asked for any payment details, as your refund will be in the form of a cheque.

Will I be able to post my claim for free?

You will need to pay for postage, but this will be added to your refund (a maximum of Royal Mail 2nd class letter postage will be refunded).

How can I post my claim?

You can post in your claim by using a stamped envelope. Please note: a maximum refund of Royal Mail 2nd class letter postage cost will be given for postage.

How much money back will I receive?

You will receive the amount of money that you paid for the promotional product (up to a maximum of £2.99) plus postage (up to a maximum of Royal Mail 2nd class letter postage ).

Can I get the cheque posted to another address and not my home address (e.g. to work)?

Yes, you can get your cheque posted to an address of your choice. When you post in your details, make sure to write the address as the address you’d like your cheque delivered to.

What will the information I have submitted be used for?

We would like to use your review for marketing communication purposes following the campaign. If you are happy for us to use your review, with your first name and location, please state this with your claim. Permission can be retracted at any time throughout the promotion. If you are happy for your information and review to be used by Marigold in the future please state “I am happy for the information included in this letter to be used by Marigold for future use”.

I did not keep my receipt, can I still claim my money back?

No, as this promotion offers your money back you must be able to show the amount that you paid for the promotional product via an original, itemised and dated receipt.

I did not keep my pack/promotional label, can I still claim my money back?

No, the terms and conditions state that you must post in your promotional orange label to make a claim.

I posted in a claim and have not received anything back, what should I do?

Your cheque may take up to 28 days from the receipt of a valid claim, if this time has passed please contact and we will be able to help you further.

I have forgotten to include an item in my claim, will it be valid?

No. You will receive your claim (including all items) back in the post with a letter explaining what you are missing. You can start your claim again, with all of the correct requirements.

I have received my claim back in the post, as I haven’t included all of the items. Can I claim again?

Yes, you can start your claim again as long as you include all of the required items as outlined in the terms and conditions.

What happens if there is a problem with the website and I cannot see the address I need to send my claim to?

The promoter will do everything they can to ensure that the website is functioning correctly throughout the period of the promotion, and in the unlikely event of any issues, will work to fix these as soon as possible.
