Old news is good news

The old adage works – old newspapers are great for getting your windows crystal clear.

Using a window spray, or a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water (if windows are very greasy add some washing up liquid), spray windows or lightly dip the scrunched newspaper into the liquid and begin by rubbing in a circular motion. Then switch to a vertical and then horizontal movement until there is no liquid left on the window(s).

You will be left with lovely streak-free windows.
