How do I make a claim?

To claim your money back you must post a 15+ word review, your original itemised and dated till receipt, promotional label from the pack, your name and
postal address including postcode to Marigold TMF (5822), PO Box 83, Knighton, Llandrindod Wells, LD1 9BE.


I’m a resident of the Republic of Ireland, can I claim my money back?

No, this promotion is open to residents of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) only.


I don’t live in the UK or ROI. Can I still enter?

No, this promotion is open to residents of the UK (England, Scotland and Northern Ireland) only.


When can I claim my money back?

The promotion is open for claims from 01.09.17 – 28.02.18 for products purchased between 01.09.17 and 31.12.17.


When will I receive my money back?

You will receive a cheque within 28 days from receipt of a valid claim.


Will I be able to post my claim for free?

You will need to pay for postage, but this will be added to your refund (a maximum of 56p postage will be refunded).


How much money back will I receive?

You will receive the amount of money that you paid for the promotional product (up to a maximum of £2.99) plus postage (up to a maximum of 56p).


Can I get the cheque posted to another address and not my home address (e.g. to work)?

Yes, you can get your cheque posted to an address of your choice. When you post in your details, make sure to write the address as the address you’d like your cheque delivered to.


What will the information I have submitted be used for?

Your information will only be used in relation to this promotion unless you state otherwise in the letter that you post in. If you are happy for your information and review to be used by Marigold in the future please state “I am happy for the information included in this letter to be used by Marigold for future use”.


Issues / Problems


I did not keep my receipt, can I still claim my money back?

No, as this promotion offers your money back you must be able to show the amount that you paid for the promotional product via an original, itemised and dated receipt.


I did not keep my pack/promotional label, can I still claim my money back?

No, the terms and conditions state that you must post in your promotional label to make a claim.


I posted in a claim and have not received anything back, what should I do?

Your cheque may take up to 28 days from the receipt of a valid claim, if this time has passed please contact Marigold@madabouthandling.com and we will be able
to help you further.


I have forgotten to include an item in my claim, will it be valid?

No. You will receive your claim (including all items) back in the post with a letter explaining what you are missing. You can start your claim again, with all of the correct requirements.


I have received my claim back in the post, as I haven’t included all of the items. Can I claim again?

Yes, you can start your claim again as long as you include all of the required items as outlined in the terms and conditions.
